1.Heat oven to 350°F. In large bowl, stir cookie mix, dry pudding mix, oil and egg until soft dough forms.

High Altitude (3500-6500 ft): Bake 10 to 12 minutes.
Substitution
You can use vanilla instant pudding and pie filling mix for the cheesecake flavor.
Success
Space cookies about 2 inches apart on the cookie sheet to prevent them from baking together.

** I can't have white chocolate because of my migrains so I leave that step out. I also substitute rasp jam for strawberry because my mother in law is allergic to raspberries. But boy are these cookies YUMMY :)

SKINCARERX.com
I received ANOTHER $20 gift certificate from skincarerx.com this morning! So I went on ebates searched for the company and clicked on it. I earn 10% back from this purchase through ebates.
I ended up ordering a moisturizing cream for my childrens eczma issues :) It was $17.00 + $5.95 for priority shipping. TOTAL = $22.95 - $1.00 (leftover from last gift cert.) = $21.95 - $20.00 (this gift cert) = $1.95 OOP
But remember I earned 10% back from ebates which = $2.29 so in all actuallity I am getting paid $.34 to try this product!!! Not bad if you ask me :)
