EASY PIZZA for Kids (Thanks to cooking for kids)

Quick Pizza Slices

-1 can crescent rolls
-favorite pizza sauce
-8 oz. pkg. shredded mozzarella cheese
-Favorite pizza toppings (pepperoni, sausage, etc.)

Separate dough into triangles and place on baking sheet.
Spoon on pizza sauce.
Place on topping.
Top with cheese.
Bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes until cheese is melted and crust is golden brown

ROAST BEEF Strombolli (Thanks to cooking for kids)

Prep Time: 15 minutes

Ingredients:
-1 package refrigerated pizza dough
-2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
-1/2 pound thinly-sliced deli roast beef
-4 oz. sliced Monterey Jack cheese
-1/4 cup chopped roasted red peppers (optional)
-1 large egg
-1 Tbsp. water
-2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese

Preparation:

1.Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

2.Unroll refrigerated pizza dough.

3.Spread mustard evenly over dough, leaving a 1-inch border all the way around.

4.Top with roast beef slices, then cheese, then roasted red peppers, if using.

5.Roll up lengthwise, jelly-roll style. Place on an ungreased cookie sheet.

6.Beat egg and water. Brush over stromboli. Sprinkle cheese on top of stromboli.

7.Bake 25 to 35 minutes, until golden brown on top and cooked through

SCALLOP POTATOE & SAUSAGE Casserole YUMMY (thanks to Betty Crocker )

Prep Time: 15 min
Total Time: 50 min
Makes: 5 servings

-1lb bulk Italian pork sausage

-4cups water

-1cup milk

-1/4cup margarine or butter

-2boxes (4.9 oz each) Betty Crocker® au gratin potatoes

-1/2cup chopped green onions (8 medium)

-2tablespoons sliced green onions (2 medium)

1.Heat oven to 400°F. Spray 13x9-inch (3-quart) glass baking dish with cooking spray. In 10-inch skillet, cook sausage over medium-high heat, stirring frequently, until no longer pink; drain.

2.In 3-quart saucepan, heat water, milk and margarine to boiling. Stir in 2 pouches potatoes and 2 pouches sauce mix. Stir in sausage and 1/2 cup green onions until well blended. Spoon potato mixture into dish.

3.Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Top with 2 tablespoons green onions.
High Altitude (3500-6500 ft): Use 4 1/4 cups water. Heat oven to 425°F.
